Glenn Robert Bassett
Glenn R. Bassett, age 67, of Painted Post, NY passed away on Thursday February 6, 2025, at the Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA.
Glenn was born on May 30, 1957, in Rochester, NY, to Elton E. and Alfreda E. (Davidson) Bassett. He resided for many years in a Family Care setting, and the past few years in OPWDD community group homes.
Glenn will forever be remembered for his sweet smile. He had a great love and passion for the Buffalo Bills and often wore Bills clothing. He also enjoyed coloring, watching Disney movies and interacting with Staff and peers.
A special thank you to the OPWDD staff, past and present, who provided Glenn with a safe, caring environment to flourish, as well as the nurses and providers in the 2ICU at Robert Packer hospital, and the Palliative Care Team who provided Glenn with excellent care and compassion.
