  Notes	The Medina Gazette, February 9, 2017 Ronald L. Bassett Ronald L. Bassett, 85, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. Ron was born in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Merton and Martha (Mitchell) Bassett. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy. Ron retired from Ford Motor Company and then went to work at Parma Hospital, where he met his wife, Jeneen. He enjoyed riding his Harley and will be dearly missed by loved ones. Ron is survived by his wife of 15 years, Jeneen (Dailey); nine children; five stepchildren; 15 grandchildren and nieces, Bonnie Ditto and Sherrie Barden. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Norman "Buddy" Bassett and nephew, Jeffery Bassett. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 6 P.M., at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 2P.M., until time of service at 6 P.M. Online condolences may be left at waitefuneralhome.com.
