  Notes	The Marcellus Observer, Thursday, January 16, 1964 Mr. and Mrs. Bass Celebrate 50th Mr. and Mrs. Glenn A. Bass are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Mrs. Bass was the former Maude Curtin of Tully, N.Y., where they were married January 21, 1914. They have four children: Mrs. Lawrence Kennedy, Marietta, N.Y.; Mrs. Donald Nightingale, Marcellus; Dale Bass, Marcellus and Capt. John R. Bass who is stationed with the 13th Bobmer Sqdn. in Japan. They have nine grandchildren. Mr. Bass was a farmer near Borodino, N.Y. until his semi-retirement in 1953. He and Mrs. Bass moved to the former Lloyd farm on Old Seneca Tpk. in 1955. An Open House will be held in their honor on Sunday, Jan. 19th, 1964 at the American Legion Rooms in Marcellus from 2-5 p.m. where they will be pleased by receive their relatives, friends and neighbors.
