(1) Patrick Bassett, 80, of the Illinois Veterans Home, formerly of
Chicago, died May 26, 2010, in the home. The Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson
Funeral Home, Quincy, is handling arrangements.

Patrick Bassett
Mr. A. Patrick Bassett, 80, of the Illinois Veteran’s Home, formerly of
Chicago, died at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday (May 26, 2010) in the Veteran’s Home.
Born June 22, 1929 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Pat was the son of Raymond and
Esther Welch Bassett.
Mr. Bassett served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and Kore
Cremation rites have been accorded to Mr. Bassett. Private family services
will be held at a later date.
The Zehender Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
