Born on October 4, 1925 in Lebanon, Tennessee and passed away on March 14, 2021 leaving us to join his love Lottie Bass and his daughter Barbara Bass. He leaves behind his son, Clarence Bass; 2 granddaughters, Amanda and Christina Armstrong; grandson, Alonzo Bass; and 2 siblings, Margaret A. Richardson and Betty D. Douglas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivory & Rooseus Bass; and 8 siblings, Roger W. Bass, James C. Bass, Ivie D. Bass, Hattie Eleanor Anderson, Ido Mai Vandelar, Nala V. Lowe, Mamie E. Bass and Katherine Hancock. Scott will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, 3/25, and service 2 p.m. on Friday, 3/26 with interment to follow, all at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road.
