Julia R. "Brooke" Bassett
Julia R. "Brooke" Bassett, 81, a longtime resident of Duluth, went to be with
her Lord on Monday, June 1, 1998, while in St. Mary's Hospice. She was
preceded in death by a grandson, John Henrich. Julia is survived by her
children, Bev Lunde of Duluth, Winnie (Andy) Mariana of Dover, Del., Arnold
Bassett of Wenatchee, Wash., Brad Bassett of Chelan, Wash., and Glen Bassett
of Duluth; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and a very good friend,
Duane Abrahamson. The family would like to express their gratitude to t
Franciscan Health Center and St. Mary's Hospice for the care and kindness they
rendered. In lieu of flowers, make contributions to the Franciscan Heal
Center or St. Mary's Hospice. Arrangement by Johnson Mortuary.
