- Mayme Cantzlaar
WAUKESHA - Mayme Cantzlaar of Waukesha, 83, died Monday, June 5, 2002,
at Virginia Health Care Center in Waukesha.
Mayme was born Aug. 12, 1916 in Waukesha, the daughter of Oliver
Bassett and Maude Nail. She later married George Cantzlaar. She was a former
clerk/typist for the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
Mayme is survived by two sisters, Marian Bassett of Albuquerque, N.M.
and Dorothy Race of Oshkosh. She is further survived by eight nieces and
nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George on Nov.
12, 1967; a brother, James; and two sisters, Laura Ellen McFarlane and Justine
Bassett.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial
service at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 8, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker-West
Funeral Home, 237 No. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. The Rev. William Humphreys
will officiate. Cremation with burial will be held at Long Island National
Cemetery in Farmingdale, N.Y.

are appreciated.
