In Memory of Edna Mary Bassett (Picture included)

Edna Mary Bassett, 95, passed away on October 24th 2017 at McLaren Hospital in Macomb Michigan. Her visitation will be 10am to Noon and service to follow this Saturday the 28th at the First Presbyterian Church of Warren. Friends and Family dinner held at the Church afterwards.
Edna was born November 11th 1922 in Centerline to Laura (Hartsig) and William Schneider. She graduated from Busch High School in Centerline in 1939. She started training in the nursing field in September 1940 at Evangelical Deaconess Hospital in Detroit and earned her nursing degree in 1943. She married Jack Clark Bassett on September 25 1943 at St. Paul's Evangelical Church in Warren. They raised Jacqueline Ann Bassett in Roseville Michigan. Jack passed away in May 2 2006. Edna was involved with Erin Presbyterian Church in Roseville.
She is survived by her daughter Jackie (Bassett) Fritts, grandsons Scott Fritts and Steve Fritts, great grandsons Nick, John, and Mikey Fritts. We will miss her dearly.
