Couple Celebrates 60th Annivesary
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bass of Kenton, Kentucky, 82 and 79 years old, respectively, Tuesday were observing their 60th wedding anniversary. Both are lifelong resident of Kenton.
They have five children, Mrs. Vina Pettit, of Kenton; Mrs. Lena Riggs, Covington; Mrs. Margaret Armstrong, Falmouth; Herbert Bass, Newport, and Clifford Bass, Campbell County; 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Sally B. Bass
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kenton Baptist Church for Mrs. Sally B. Bass, 80, who was found dead Wednesday in her bed at her home in Kenton Station, Kenton County. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
Mrs. Bass, a lifelong resident of Kenton County, was a member of the Daughters of America. Mrs. Tressa Riffe, Kenton County Coroner, said death was due to natural causes.
Mrs. Bass leaves her husband, Frank Bass; three daughters, Mrs. Lena Riggs, Covington; Mrs. Mary Armstrong, Falmouth, and Mrs. Melvina Petit, Kenton Station; two sons, Herbert Bass, Newport, and Clifford Bass, Alexandria; five sisters, two brothers, 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are in charge of the Smith & Sheanshang Funeral Home; Grant’s Lick, Campbell County.
