In Memoriam
In loving remembrance of my dear son, Patrick Solon Bassett, who
passed away Sept. 1, 1923.
Dearest son, you have left us here,
Thy loss we deeply feel;
But ‘tis God who has bereft us, and
Will our sorrows heal.
Day by day, oh, how I miss you,
Words would vain my loss to tell,
But in heaven I hope to meet you,
Never more to say farewell.
Mother, Mrs. Martha M. Bassett; Little Son, Oliver Howard Bassett:
Brothers, Oliver H. and J. Arthur Bassett; Sister, Mrs. F.C. Schulte.
