180 Acres to the Sheriff of Duplin County
Greetings:
You are hereby commanded that of the goods and chattels Lands and tenements Herman Bass, if to be found in your Bailywich you cause to be made the sum of sixty pounds specie...two tracts...property of Andrew Bass...and since the decease of the said Andrew Bass is become the property of Herman Bass being the oldest son and heir at law to the said Andrew Bass...the said two tracts containing 180 acres.
