Leo C. Bassett Dies at Age 58
Leo C. Bassett, 58, of 1813 Loftsgordon ave., died Monday in a Madison hospital.
Mr. Bassett was born in Canton, Ill. He had been a Madison resident of 45 years.
He is survived by his wife, Clara; two daughters, Mrs. Marshall Fillner, 1505 National ave., and Mrs. Jean Younger, 1813 Loftsgoron ave.; a son, James, 3613 Brigham ave.; a sister, Mrs. Veda Heffron, Osage, Iowa, and 10 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Frautschi funeral home, with the Rev. Donovan J. Palmquist of Messiah Lutheran Church here officiating. Burial will bein Roselawn cemetery.
