Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Ovide and Emma (Bessette) Dufresne. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, Cecile worked for Texas Instruments for many years, retiring in 1977. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alice Grenier, Laura Lemieux, Lea Levesque, Helen Letourneau, Ovide Dufresne, Jennette Dufresne, Lillian Geramia and Orise Nadeau. Relatives and friends are to a Committal Service Tuesday at 12:30PM in the Chapel at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
