November 2, 2013 Mrs. Myrl Lee Bass, age 90, of Graceville, Florida, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Bass was born in Webb, Alabama, on September 24, 1923. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She and her husband, Bud, were married for 50 years before his passing. Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy; two children; and two grandchildren. Survivors include daughters Carolyn (Joe) Drummond and Artelma Wright; son Jerry Bass; two sisters, Minnie Shipes and Mary Holley; her brother, Buddy (Carol) Gentry; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. The visitation will be from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday, November 4, 2013, at the Williams Funeral Home in Graceville, Florida. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery.
