Mr. Willie J. Bass, 74, affectionately known as, "Buddy," of Columbus passed Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Columbus. Mr. Bass was born in Upatoi, GA, son of the late Louella and Ted Bass. He was a member and Usher for Bread of Life Christian Center. He was a painter for Alaga Paint and was an avid fisher. His survivors include: his wife, Teresa Bass; one son, Willie Bass, Jr.; one daughter, Theresa Bass; four step daughters, Tamilko (William) Harris, Kissah Neal, Veronica (Carsten) Bell and Monica Breland; one brother, Robert Walker; two sisters, Francis (William) Horne and Patricia (Howard) Thomas; one sister-in-law, Gloria Bass and four grandchildren. Funeral services: 12 Noon, Friday, August 24, 2018 at Bread of Life Christian Center; Burial: Green Acres Cemetery.
