Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Bassett, 55, of 1315 Clinton avenue, who died Monday in her home, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the L.C. Friederichs and Son funeral home, and 2 p.m. in St. Paul?s Epsicopal church. She was the wife of James Bassett. Dr. Conley Scott, rector of St. Paul?s Episcopal church, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.

Mike Heryk, St. Clair, May 20
Funeral services for Mike Heryk, 30, who was killed in an automobile accident in Detroit Sunday, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the L.C. Friederichs and Son funeral home, St. Clair. Rev. G. Burton Hodgson, rector of St. Paul?s Episcopal church, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. Members of the Ford union, and the Ford Bowling club, Detroit, will act as pallbearers. Mr. Heryk is survived by his mother, Mrs. Lena Bassett; his step-father, J.W. Bassett, and a brother, Albert Bassett Jr., all of St. Clair.
