Geraldine "Jerry" Elizabeth Bassett Perry, 87, of Canton, passed away
at her daughter Barb's home on Monday morning, Oct. 13, 2003.
Surviving are two daughters, Barb Perry of Canton and Pat (Sam) Mott
of Doylestown; a stepson, Denny Perry of Canton; 12 grandchildren; two step-
grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; ni
great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jane Soper of Ralson and Grace Gublo
of Elmira, N.Y., and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jerry was predeceased by her first husband, LaRue Bassett, in 1952,
second husband, Ernest "Short" Perry, in 1972; a daughter, JoAnne Lyon, in
2000 and five grandchildren.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Pepper Funeral Home,
Canton. The funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will
be in the Grover Cemetery.
