  Notes	The State Columbia, South Carolina Monday, May 20, 1996 Ryce Bass Hopkins - Services for Tech Sergeant Ryce Allen Bass, United States Air Force (Retired), 60, will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Burial with military rites will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, South Carolina Kidney Foundation or to South Carolina Diabetes Association. Visitation will be Tuesday 9-11 a.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Bass died Sunday, May 19, 1996. Born in Richland County, he was the son of Henry T. Bass and the late Mary L. Bass. He retired as technical sergeant after 21 years in the U.S. Air Force. He also medically retired from Anchor Continental. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Ann Bass of Hopkins, daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Bass and Charles McKnight of West Columbia, his father of South Congaree; brother, Terry Bass of Batesburg; sister, Iris Roland of West Columbia, and grandchildren, Matthew and Michael “Mikey”. He was predeceased by a brother, Moody Bass.
