  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Bass Mrs. Lela Pearl ?Granny? Bass, 90, of Pisgah died Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, at her residence. Services were held Sunday, Oct. 5, from the Kerby Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. J.J. Strickland and Bud Durham officiating. Burial followed in the Macklin Cemetery in Rosedale with Kerby Funeral Home directing. Survivors include: three sons, Claude Bass and Rev. William ?Bill? Bass, both of Pisgah, and Charles Bass of Henagar; two daughters, Mae Gant and Cerleen Darwin, both of Pisgah; one sisters, Loue Emma Webb of South Pittsburg, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband, Hal Bass, a son, John Thomas Bass, and a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Bass.
