Annie Bassett
BASSETT ANNIE "ANN" OUZTS BASSETT, age 87, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 21, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Oliver (Ollie) Bassett; daughter, Jennifer K. Bassett; parents, Ed and Caroline Ouzts. She is survived by her children, Carolyn Hazard, her husband Don of San Antonio, James Ronald Bassett, his wife Gloria of Lakewood, CO, Jodie Edgar Bassett, his wife Debbie of Boerne, TX; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Ann retired from Kelly AFB as a Division Secretary in 1986. Ann has been a member of Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church for many years. She loved her Lord, her church, her family and her friends. We will all miss her. Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Hurley Funeral Home in Devine from 2pm to 7pm with family receiving friends from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral service will be held at 10am Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers you may send donations to the charity of your choice.
