  Notes	BESSIE WOODRUFF The Courier, Friday, 3 Jan 2003 RISINGSUN - Bessie M. Woodruff, 82 of Risingsun, died at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003, at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin. She was born Feb. 1, 1920, in Fostoria to Walter and Ada (Edinger) Bassett. She married Lewis E. Woodruff on Dec. 14, 1936, and he died Dec. 11, 1980. Surviving are three brothers, Lowell Bassett, Hilliard; Ronald Bassett, Houghton Lake, Mich.; and Norman Bassett, Mesa, Ariz. She was preceded in death by two sons, Roland and Michael; and a sister, Bonita Bassett. Mrs. Woodruff was a homemaker. She was a member of Girton Church of God. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Gus Christo-Baker officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery, near Risingsun. Visitation will be held from 2-4 to 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria. Memorials may be made to Girton Church of God.
