John M. Bessette Jr. (Picture included)
Bessette, John M. Jr. WATERVLIET John M. Bessette Jr., 75, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, surrounded by the love of his family. He was the son of the late John Sr. and Bernice Bessette. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Judith A. Bessette. In addition to his wife, John is survived by Jake, his nine children, 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as well as his brother and sister and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 27, from 4-7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, with a sharing of memories starting at 7 p.m. The family will be meeting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday in the Corpus Christi Church, 2001 U.S. 9, Round Lake, for a Mass of Christian Burial.
