Charline Masters Bassett
Bassett - Charline Masters Bassett died October 26, 2009. Charline was born on November 4, 1925 to Eunice and Charles Masters and grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She was married to Carter F. Bassett and is survived by her five children, Charlie, Steve, and Bob Bassett, Teresa Pichoff, and Susan Bowes. She was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, quick laugh, generous spirit, and loving nature. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend Funeral Services at First Baptist Church, Belle Chasse, Louisiana, on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 10 a.m. Parlors will be open at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. She will take her place by her husband at Bridges Chapel Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 2 p.m. There will also be a viewing at Bridges Chapel before the burial service. For further information or directions, call 504.366.4343.
