March 14, 2007) Coventry Bessette, Gladys E., 76, of Manchester Circle, died Wednesday at Haven Health Center, Coventry. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Bessette. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Norman and Hope (Belfour) Morin, she had lived in Coventry for the past four years, previously living in West Greenwich. Mrs. Bessette leaves two daughters; Elizabeth A. Bessette and Jane M. Bessette, both of Coventry, a son; John A. Bessette of Johnston, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Joseph F. Bessette, Jr. The funeral service will be held Saturday, at 10:00 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt117) Warwick. Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
