Mrs. Millie Frances Horne, 84, of 4476 Moline Avenue, passed Sunday, August 26, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Horne was born in Upatoi, GA, daughter of the late Ned Bass and Mary Davis. She was a former member of Nazareth Baptist Church and later joined Pine Mountain Church under Apostle Terrell. She was retired from the Department of Family and Children Services (DEFACS). She was preceded in death by one daughter, Frances Bradley; two sisters, Carolyn Russell and Charlotte Bass and two brothers, Willie James Bass, Sr. and Larry Bass. Survivors include: her husband, William Horne; one daughter, Betty (Robert) Foster; two sons, Richard (Prentiss) West and James West; one sister, Patricia (Harold) Thomas; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives.
