Earl Lee Bass
TILLAR - Earl Lee Bass, 86, of Tillar died Jan. 13, 2008, at Tillar.
He was born Aug. 22, 1921, at Tillar, a son of the late Paul Bass and Georgia Moses.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Bass of Tillar; six sons, Jimmy Bass of Kansas City, Kan., James Kaiser, Samuel Bass, Levell Bass, all of Pine Bluff, Clarence Bass of McGehee, and Michael Bass of Richmond, Va.; nine daughters, Vernice Aaron and Minnie Miller, both of Little Rock, Gloria Artis of Baltimore, Diane Tillman of Gould, Maple Neal of Reed, Rosie Smith, Mary Anderson, Zeffie Bass and Leachell Buckley, all of Pine Bluff; 62 grandchildren; 72 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today at the Dumas Community Center at Dumas with Levell Bass officiating. Burial will be in Bold Pilgrim Cemetery at Tillar by Davis Strickland Funeral Home, P.O. Box 373, Dermott, Ark., 870-538-9091.
The family will be at 271 Green Road in Tillar.
