Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Romeo and Emeralice (Larivee) Bessette. She was a spinner for many area textile mills for more than 20 years, retiring 21 years ago. She leaves three children, Joseph G. Jabotte of Burrillville, Gerard D. Jabotte of Woonsocket and Lucille A. Miner of Norfolk, Va.; and 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
