Bass, 77, of Shelbyville, who died Sunday in Fort Sandres Presbyterian Hospital at Knoxville, Tenn., was to be at 3:30 p.m. today at Howell-Thompson Funeral Home in Shelbyville with the Rev. Bill Kelton officiating. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemtery in Shelbyville. Mrs. Bass is the mother of Mrs. Harvey J. Chapman of Huntsville.
