(BESSETTE) BOLDT, 84, of Newman Avenue, a retired telephone operator, died yesterday at Mount St. Rita Health Center, Cumberland. She was the wife of the late Foster W. Boldt. Born in Richmond, Va., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Evangeline (Otto) Bessette. Mrs. Boldt was employed at the former New England Telephone Co. for more than 20 years, retiring several years ago. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church for many years, and a member of its Senior Club. She leaves two brothers, Paul and Donald J. Bessette, both of Vero Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Christopher W. Boldt, and sister of the late Claire R. Drainville and Donalda B. White. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9 a.m. from Cheetham Mortuary Inc., 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Mary's Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk. Burial will be in Mount St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
