Thomas Clayton Bass
Thomas Clayton Bass, age 62 of Nashville, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born in Winchester on February 8, 1962, to the late Thomas Wayne and Geraldine Bass. Tom was a beloved ballroom instructor before working as a carpenter. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed swimming, water-skiing, and frisby golf, as well as camping with friends. Tom also enjoyed playing guitar and songwriting and had been a first chair trumpeter for MTSU. But most of all, he loved the time spent at home with his precious family and friends, especially his daughter. He will be remembered for his stubborn but adventurous nature and was always in the pursuit of a good time. Tom is survived by his loving daughter, Anna Bass; and brother, Rocky Bass. Visitation and Reception will be from 11 am-1 pm on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:15 pm at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
