Mrs. Raymond W. Harvey
Mrs. Clara M. Harvey, wife of Raymond W. Harvey, 15 Gregory St., died late Thursday evening in Oswego Hospital.
Born in Lowville, daughter of the late Albert and Celia Slewey Bassett, she was a resident of Oswego for many years moving to Kingston, N.Y., where she resided for 38 years. Mrs. Harvey returned to Oswego five years ago. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s church. She was a member of many years standing of St. Paul’s Altar-Rosary Soceity.
Surviving with her husband, are a son, James E. Harvey of Rochester and seven grandchildren; a brother, Bernard P. Bassett, and a sister, Mrs. Jay D. (Madeline) Myers, both of Oswego.
Friends are invited to attend the funeral to be held Monday, oct. 16, in the P.J. Cullinan’s Sons Inc. funeral home, 110 W. Seventh St., at 9 a.m. and at St. Mary’s church at 9:30. Burial will be in St. Peter’s cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
