He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted and loving wife of 68 years, Eldonia Davis Bassett; four daughters, Elnora Fullwood (Harlow Jr., deceased), Frances Robinson (Cedell Jr.) of Baltimore, Md., Irene Leverett of Richmond, Va., and Edna Collins of Baltimore, Md.; four sons, Roscoe of Richmond, Edwin T. (Merry) of Quinton, Julius of Baltimore, Md. and Walter Bassett of Quinton; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Georgiana Ross, Goldie Washington and Emma Tanner (Joe); brother, Junious Bassett of Los Angeles, Calif.; host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. After 12 noon, Saturday, Feburary 2, his remains will rest in Second Liberty Baptist Church, Quinton, Va., where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Rev.
