Brinson Bass David Brinson Bass, a resident of 457 Edgewood avenue, died at his home yesterday afternoon after an illness of three weeks. Born in Laurens county, Aug. 13, 1890, he was the son of the late W.G. and Sara Knight Bass. He had been engaged in farming in Laurens county until two years ago when he came to Macon to make his home. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church of Rentz, Georgia. Surviving besides his wife and mother, Mrs. Sara Coleman, Macon, are four sons, E.C. and Bob both of Macon; D.H., Dublin, and G.W. Bass, USN; two daughters, Miss Sara Bass, Mascon, and Mrs. T.G. Hobbs, Laurens county; two grandchildren, Jimmy Bass and Vivian Hobbs of Macon. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Antioch Baptist church in Rentz. Burial will be in Snow Hill cemetery. For further information call Memorial Chapel, funeral directors.
