Surviving her are a son, Dudley Bassett, Florida, three daughters, Dorothy Ford of Columbus, Mary Fish of Elizabethtown, and Alta Canary of Franklin; 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and six great-great- grandchildren. Four children and two brothers preceded her in death. Rev. Norm Bassett officiated the funeral on Saturday at Flinn and Maquire Funeral home in Franklin with burial at the Ninevah Cemetery.
