Craig Timothy Bassett (1970-2011)
Craig Timothy Bassett passed away on Thursday April 7, 2011 at the age of 40. He was born on October 30, 1970 to Dean and Mary Ellen Bassett of Hanford, Ca.
He attended Hanford High School. Craig was a loving and caring person he loved and cherished his family and would just listed to people talk about whatever was on their minds. He was a good provider for his family and a hard worker; he had many job skills for the time he was with us but his most rewarding was working in Integrated Crop Strategies Agriculture Research. His hobbies were watching movies reading and family camping trips in the summer. He is preceded in death by his father Dean Bassett, mother Mary Ellen, brother Shawn Bassett and sister Adriane Staggs.
Craig is survived by his wife Stephanie Bassett of Laton and daughters ReAnn and Shawna Bassett, sister Dina Hinz and her husband Daryl of Oregon, Kim Bassett of Hanford many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and close family. And lifelong friends Brian Reed and Wayne Johnson.
There will a visitation on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 5-6:30 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 at Whitehurst-McNamara Funeral Service. Graveside Service will be on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery 19811 S. Cedar Ave. Laton, Ca.
