  Notes	William attended high school in Shelby County, Indiana and in 1903 was graduated with an M.D. degree from Eclectic Medical College in Cincinnati, Ohio. He spent one year as an intern at Cincinnati General Hospital. Dr. Tindall remained on his father's farm until he was about 23 years of age, and in the meantime taught school 4 years in Washington Township, Shelby County, in order to finance his medical training. He began the practice of his profession at Carthage, Rush County, Indiana, and continued there 3 years. He began a general practice of medicine in 1906 in Shelbyville, Indiana.
