Patricia Louis Bassett
BASSETT, Patricia Louise "Pat": passed away at the age of 95 in Kelowna, BC. Pat grew up skiing Holyburn Mountain and canoeing Burrard Inlet. In 1956, Pat moved with her husband, Lyle, to Kelowna, where they raised their two sons. Pat is best remembered for her sense of humour and for making all those around her feel welcome. Pat is predeceased by her brother Oliver and husband Lyle, and survived by her two sons, Ray and Ken and her grandchildren: Sandy, Jenny, Christina, Madeleine and Francine. Her memory lives on through the family's love for the mountains and ocean. As per Pat's wishes, there will be no memorial service, instead we invite those who loved her to reflect on and celebrate Pat's life.
