Mrs. Iola Gamphor of Eldon Dies at 61
ELDON (Special) ? Mrs. Iola Marion Gamphor, 61, of Eldon, died Saturday at the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia.
Mrs. Gamphor was born Nov. 12, 1904 in Eugene, the daughter of Metheldred and Agnes Beeson Bass. She married Clifford Gamphor in 1923. Mr. Gamphor survives.
Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Naomi Dutcher of California, Mrs. Jolene M. McGrath of Kansas City, Mrs. Rita Iola Bickel of Tulsa, Okla.; three sons Raleigh Gamphor of Grandview, Clifford V. Gamphor of Eldon, Lynn A. Gamphor of Eldon; four sisters, Mrs. Ila Kinzie of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Irene Drimmel of San Diego, Calif., Mrs. Ladean Speak of Wheatridge, Colo., Mrs. Ruby Lea Helm of Raytown; two brothers, John Bass of Yucca City, Calif., and Norman Gosney of Grandview.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday at the First Christian Church in Eldon with the Rev. C.N. Van Dyke officiating.
Burial will follow at the Eldon Cemetery.
