Mrs. Bass was born on March 16, 1935 to the parentage of Anna Laura Thomas and Charlie Warren and was the widow of Mr. Lester Lee Bass. She worked as a cook at Fincher's Barbecue Restaurant. Survivors include: two daughters, Brenda Gale Nelson and Cassandra Walker; one son, Russell Lee Bass; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister, Susie Mae Morgan. A private service and burial were held Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Macon, GA. The family requests donations in the name of Anna Pearl Bass be made to the local American Cancer Society.
