The marriage of Debra Jean Bassett of Watertown and James Christopher Foster of Boston was an event of Saturday in the chapel of Williston-Northampton School, Easthampton. The Reverend Dr. Roger A. Barnett, chaplin, officiated at the ceremony. Mrs. Marcia Glidden attended the bride as matron of honor and Melvin Eichenwald served the bridegroom as best man.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester J. Bassett of 66 Maple Street, Easthampton, is employed as a dental assistant in the offices of Dr. H. Richard Sonis, Newton.
Her husband, who is a self employed manufacturer of children’s clothing in Boston, attended Northeastern University. He is the son of Mrs. Elizabeth Foster of Deltona, Florida and the late James C. Foster.
The couple will live in Boston.

FOSTER, James Christopher of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on February 27, 2017. Beloved husband of Debra (Bassett) Foster. Father of Christopher Foster, Patricia Austin and her husband John, and Robert Foster. Grandfather of Mary Foster, Jack Austin and Nora Austin. Also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
