Born in Holyoke, she was the daughter of Raoul and Doris (McLean) Bessette. She attended school in Angers, France. Besides her parents, she leaves a sisters, Kathleen, and two brothers, Ronald and Scott, all at home; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raoul Bessette of Holyoke and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Florence Sanders of Bellows Falls, Vt. The funeral will be Tuesday at J.H Fleury and Sons funeral home, with a liturgy of Christian burial in Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley.
