He retired after 29 years at Bucyrus-Erie Co. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Albion, Ill., and was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3418 in Boonville, Ind. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Lena; three daughters, Kay Cundiff of Darmstadt, Ind., Sue Burdick of Wadesville, Ind., and Karen Davis of Buckskin, Ind.; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel, the Rev. Eugene Main officiating, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
