  Notes	The South Bend Tribune, Indiana, Saturday, June 2, 1945 Miles Bassett Miles Bassett, aged 80, of the Brethren home, Flora, Ind., and formerly of South Bend, died Friday in the Cass county hospital Logansport, Ind., after an illness of one month. He was born in St. Joseph county, Oct. 8, 1864, and moved to Flora six months ago from South Bend. He is survived by his widow, Emma, of Flora. Friends may call in the Hay funeral home after noon Sunday and until funeral services in the First Brethren church at 3:30 p.m. Monday. Rev. Claud Studebaker, pastor, will officiate.
