Paula Bass

Paula Bass, 82, of Oakhurst, died on Monday, July 7.
She was born in Long Branch in 1943 to the late Rosalie and Milton Goodman.
Paula enjoyed playing mahjong, canasta, and relaxing on the beach, especially Loch Arbor/Breakwater Beach Club. Most of all, Paula enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband Stevens Bass, her two sons Jonathon and his wife Jacqueline Bass of Westfield, Seth and Brooke McKee-Bass of Neptune, her sister Betty June Feuchtwanger, and five beloved grandchildren Hannah, Benjamin, Sophie, Jonah, and Noa.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 9 at 11am at Agudath Achim Cemetery, West Bangs Avenue, Neptune.
The family will be observing shiva at Heritage Village 777 West Park Avenue (community room) following the burial with a minyan at 7:00 PM. Thursday, July 10 the family will be receiving guests in the community room starting at 4:00PM with a minyan at 7:00 PM. On Sunday July 13, shiva will be held at 15 North Wickom Drive, Westfield at 5:30 PM with minyan at 7:30 PM.
In lieu of traditional remembrances, Paula?s family asks with gratitude that donations in her memory be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society www.lls.org.
