      Emil F. Bass

      Emil Frank Bass, 75, of 333 Kinmore, a retired Dallas building contractor, died here Tuesday.
      Bass, a Halletsville, Lavaca County native, had lived in Dallas for 49 years. An Army veteran of World War I, he was a member of St. Edward?s Catholic Church and the St. Edward Holy Name Society.
      Survivors: Wife; two daughters, Mrs. Frances Lambeth and Mrs Lillian Valek of Dallas; two brothers, Herman GBaass and Edward Baass of Victoria; four sisters, Miss Eveleyn Baass, Mrs. Emil Tibiletti, Miss Frances Baass and Sister Mary Francis of Victoria, and eight grandchildren.
      Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Jerome J. Crane Funeral Chapel. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Edward?s Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Hill Cemetery.
