Terry L. Bass, age 58, of Carleton, MI., passed away Tuesday May 24, 2011.
Terry was born October 25, 1952 in Washington Court House, OH. to Hubert and Bessie (Terry) Bass.
He graduated from Flat Rock High School in 1971 and attended four years of trade school for tool & die making.
He was a journeyman tool & die maker and was previously employed at Wellington Industries and United Medal Products.
Terry enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, hunting and was an avid college football fan ? especially the Ohio State Squad.
He is survived by a daughter, Tabatha Bass; siblings, Christopher (Fran) Huddleston, Wayne, Doug (Sandy), Ralph (Tammy), Randy (Leeann), Derk (Tina), Bryan, Rodney, Craig (Gina), Jodi (Dennis) Ford, Michele (Tim) Bondroff and Jami (Mike) Sanfilippo; mother, Bessie Bass; beloved niece, Madeline Huddleston; close friend, Stephanie Bass; father-in-law, Virgil Huddleston.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother Larry Huddleston.
Family will receive friends from 2-8 pm Saturday May 28th and 12-2 pm Sunday May 29th at the Ford Chapel-Martenson Family of Funeral Homes Rockwood, MI., where services will be at 2 pm Sunday. Pastor David Jones of Northbrook Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Michigan Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to the donors choice.
