"Ted" Bessette, 77, of Lane A, Coventry, RI, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Roger Williams Hospital, Providence, RI. Born in Plainfield, CT he was the husband of the late Elaine E. (Reis) Bessette and the son of the late Theodore H. and Odelie (Lisee) Bessette. Ted was a Supervisor Foreman for Stanley-Bostitch in East Greenwich, RI for twenty-nine years before retiring in 1988. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Theodore is survived by two daughters; Dianne Vadeboncoeur of Cranston, RI and Lori Barger of Mamaroneck, NY, a sister; Arlene Belanger of Bristol, CT, four grandchildren; Tracy Vadeboncoeur, Jeffrey Vadeboncoeur, Amanda Barger and Brendan Barger. He was predeceased by a sister; Theresa Belanger and a brother; Raymond Bessette. A Remembrance Gathering will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the home of Dianne Vadeboncoeur, 132 Davis Avenue, Cranston, RI.
