Belanger, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015 at Bristol Hospital. She was born March 28, 1932 in Plainfield, Conn., and was a daughter of the late Theodore and Odelia (Lisee) Bessette. She was a school crossing guard in Bristol for many years. She loved crocheting, needlepoint, crossword puzzles and game shows. She leaves a daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Daniel Madden of Bristol; two sons, Michael Belanger of Prescott, Ariz., and Robert Belanger of Orlando, Fla.; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents Arlene was predeceased by two brothers, Raymond and Norman Bessette, and a sister, Theresa Belanger. Funeral services are private.
