Mrs. Eleanor Bass Barksdale, 54, a former resident of High Point, died Thursday morning in lake Worth, Fla. She is survived by her husband, Clyde B. Barksdale of Lake Worth; a son, Jack Barksdale of the home; a brothers, G.L. Bass of Columbia, S.C.; and a sister, Mrs. W.H. White of Sanford. A graveside service will be held at Buffalo Cemetery in Sanford at 3 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. W.W. Hutchins. The body is being sent to Rogers Funeral Home in Sanford.
