Frank S. Bassett Dies
Frank S. Bassett, 79, of 27 Gorton street, Pontoosuc lake, died early today. He was born at Nassau, New York and had lived at Pittsfield 40 years, being a painter and paper hanger when active. He was a charter member of Mohegan tribe of Red Men. The survivors are one son, Alfred A. and one daughter, Mrs. Edith M. Hornbeck. The funeral will be held at the home of the son, 40 Pine street, Monday.
